Glendale, AZ, February – The West Valley Chambers of Commerce Alliance (WVCCA), comprised of the five leading Chambers in the West Valley including the Buckeye Valley, Glendale, Southwest Valley, Surprise Regional, and Wickenburg Chambers of Commerce has been advocating for prosperity in the West Valley for over 20 years. Working in collaboration, the Alliance provides opportunities for its business leaders to influence civic, social, and business initiatives that support community growth.

The WVCCA produces joint programs that promote best practices by convening leadership from around the West Valley to advocate for pro-business solutions. In 2018, the Alliance hired Alexis Glasscock of Fennemore to represent the interests of business at the state level as the group’s lobbyist. This relationship has been integral in moving the needle towards a thriving economic climate. Each year the WVCCA produces a Legislative Report Card which represents the positions of the Alliance as communicated to West Valley Legislators throughout the year’s legislative session. In 2021, the Alliance supported legislation pertaining to western water and transportation infrastructure, reducing prescription drug costs, increasing educational credential attainment, and funding, advancing workforce development, and supporting equality and fairness for all Arizonans.

The WVCCA also hosts the West Valley Biz 2 Biz Expo each year. This year’s event will be held August 17th at the Glendale Civic Center from 4:00 PM -7:00 PM and offers an unparalleled opportunity for all businesses throughout the West Valley and beyond to showcase their products and services to hundreds of decision makers
