  • When does the Online Auction take place?

    Bidding starts at 12pm on Friday, November 1 , 2024 through 12pm on Sunday, November 10, 2024. Click here to view

  • Do I have to be a member of the Glendale Chamber to bid?

    No, everyone can participate! We welcome and appreciate your support.

  • I’m not very tech-savvy, will I have a hard time participating?

    • We don’t think so! 
    • The bidding platform is very user-friendly. 
    • There are video tutorials below to help your along.
  • Who should I contact if I have additional questions?

    Call the Glendale Chamber office at 623-937-4754 to ask for help, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm or email aherman@glendaleazchamber.org 

  • How do I get set up to participate in the online auction?

    It’s simple! 

    • Click the “GET STARTED” button at top right corner of online auction homepage.
    • On the next screen, click the green “CREATE ACCOUNT” button on the left side of the page.
    • Enter your email address, check the “I’m Not A Robot” box, and click the green “CONFIRM” button.
    • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered. Open the hyperlink in that email.
    • Create a password for your profile, complete the contact information, and enter your credit card information. Then press the green “CREATE” button. **Make sure to include your mobile number so you receive automatic texts when you’ve been outbid on your favorite items!
    • Click the green & white gavel and start bidding!

  • How do I place a bid?

    Just before the auction is live, create and sign into your Greater Giving account.


    Click on the package you’d like to bid on. Then you have 3 options:

    1. “Bid” - Place a single bid at the next increment.
    2. “Bid More” - Place a Max Bid. The system will bid in your favor until you are outbid or the auction closes.
    3. “Buy Now” - Purchase the package at the guaranteed price!
  • There are so many great items. How can I sort them to find things I’m more interested in?

    • Click on the 3 lines icon in the top left of the auction platform home screen to view by categories, such as Accessories, Travel, Toys, & more.
    • The “No Bid” category will allow you to see items that have no bid on them. You might just be able to scoop up an amazing deal! 
    • In addition, this menu will allow you to view any items you favorited by clicking the star icon of a package.
    • Use the search button in the top right of the auction platform home screen to look up packages by name or number.

  • Do I have to use my computer to bid or can I participate using a phone?

    • You can participate in the auction from a computer, tablet, or phone. It's up to you! 
    • No apps required. 
    • You can use any internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.).

  • If I win, how will I receive my auction items?

    • All items must be picked up from the Glendale Chamber (10550 W. Mariposa Street, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85037 - Located within the Pendergast Community Center) between Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
    • Select small items may be shipped but all shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder and are not included in the winning bid. 
    • In addition, items lost, damaged or mis-directed due to shipping errors are the responsibility of the winning bidder. 
    • All sales are final and refunds are not available.
  • Why should I purchase items from this auction?

    • Your purchase at the Auction directly contributes to the Chamber’s program of work that includes economic development, education and talent development, public policy, transportation and infrastructure, technology, as well as business attraction, retention, and expansion. 
    • Your support of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce enables us to be an active leader in our community and to be the “Voice of Business” throughout Glendale. 

  • View Auction Terms

    • All items must be picked up from the Glendale Chamber (10550 W. Mariposa Street, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85037 - Located in the Pendergast Community Center) between Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
