Glen91, a new 296-unit, gated luxury apartment community on a 10-acre parcel along Glendale Avenue between 91st and 89th avenues in Glendale recently broke ground.
Westgate Entertainment District is adjacent to the property.
Glen91’s outside amenities include two gated entries, garages and covered parking, a 2,185-square-foot fitness center, 14,000-square foot swimming pool and deck, lounge area with fire pit for social gatherings, grilling stations, a hammock garden, dog park, shade plaza, bocce court, pickleball court and bag toss court.
The 6,816-square-foot clubhouse features management offices, a mail room, cyber lounge, game room, club room, bar and conference center.
“We are excited to welcome Glen91 to Glendale,” Glendale Mayor Jerry P. Weiers stated in a news release. “This multifamily housing development in the heart of Westgate Entertainment District will help build much wanted density and is a perfect addition to the area with quality amenities for our residents.”
Glen91 is scheduled to open this fall.
“We are very excited to bring Glen91 to Glendale,” HCW President and CEO Rick Huffman stated. “This will be our second development in the Westgate area, opening the Aloft Glendale at Westgate hotel in July 2019.”
The project team includes architects H Design Group, civil engineers Bowman Consulting, landscape architect David Flynn, structural engineer Mettemeyer Engineering, MEP engineer CJD Engineering, interior design by Design Environments Inc., general contractor EOS Builders and property management by PB Bell.
