A Message from A Member of the Military & Veterans Affairs Committee:

"The Glendale Chamber of Commerce Military Veterans Affairs Committee is a great venue for cross-communicating military events and issues relevant to our veteran community.  I especially appreciate the Chamber's enthusiastic support, the dedicated volunteerism by its diverse memebership, and Mayor Weier's direct, hands-on involvement.
From my view, the committee's highlights of the year have been the planning and coordination efforts that ensured the success of September's Glendale Stand Up for Veterans event, as well as the Veterans Day ceremonies at the Glendale Veterans Memorial.  Both events were planned and executed brilliantly by members of the committee."

Ed Besta, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1433
